Head Of IT

As Head of IT, you will play a key role in delivering of technology projects which transform the company to be digitalized in back-end and front-end businesses. You will overlook all steps of technical projects: ERP, CRM, DMS from system building, UAT, user adoption, system warranty, change management,… You will be the main contact point between Goodfood business team (Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing) and Technology vendors of ERP, CRM, DMS.
• Back-office System - Build cloud-based ERP on Oracle: Order Management, Finance, Inventory Management, Procurement, Demand & Supply Planning
• Front-office System - Build cloud-based CRM on Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud & cloud-based DMS: sales operation & delivery team.

Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end business focused ERP, CRM, DMS transformation programs in implementation planning & road mapping.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance and support in IT digital transformation project
• Take ownership of System Architecture, Master data, System Integration Plan & Execution
• Orchestrate multiple deployments /roll outs and lead resolutions all issues and risk related to projects
• Work with IT Project Manager and cross-section of internal & external stakeholders on project deliverables
• Support PM to prepare cost and schedule estimate(s) and develop project plans for all phases of the project.
• Manage day-to-day implementation regarding technical part.
• Present status reporting to key stakeholders. Report on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, design build test and launch progress, ensuring accurate and reliable communication, including performance issues, to internal stakeholders
• Manage Quality Control and participate in quality issue resolution.
• Oversight post go-live support, supporting internal staff and the subcontractor to fix system bugs and/or configuration changes.

B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field/ or equivalent experience
• Understanding of IT architecture principles and component
• Strong leadership, program and change management skills
• Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
• Creative and collaborative problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and planning skills
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines.
• Preferably having experience on ERP Oracle Cloud, CRM Salesforce.

- Salary: The agreement depends on the capacity of the candidate when participating in the interview.
